Pflege als Element der Integrierten Versorgung
Abstract
Nursing as an element of integrated care
Although since 2007 there is a legal basis for nursintg facilities to participate in integrated care agreements, this possibility has hardly been used so far. What are the reasons for this development and what adjustments are needed to ensure that care institutions are involved more in IV contracts and are perceived as partners for IV contracts? The project group „Nursing and Integrated Care“ within the Federal Association of Managed Care e.V. (BMC) has discussed these questions. The group developed reform proposals for the further development of care support points and the interlinking of counseling services for people in need of care and their relatives.
